• For payment handling, we use the leading online payment provider, PayPal, which has more than 230 million online users all around the world. PayPal is an eBay -company.
• VIPkard.com is a fully verified PayPal -merchant.
• We do not collect or store your financial details, your credit card is processed 100% securely by PayPal.
• Ordering is easy. It only takes a minute.

• While paying, you can choose to use your PayPal -account, your Credit Card or your Bank Account (depending on your country of residence).
• If you don't want to, you do not need to own nor register a PayPal account to pay. However, we highly recommend using PayPal.
• For recurring subscriptions, however, we're using PayPal -subscription service.

• Yes, your order of VIPKard -membership is 100% guaranteed. If you for any reason don't like your membership bought from us, just contact our Help Desk within a month from the initial purchase, including your order number. We'll let you know, how to return your card to receive a full refund via PayPal. If that's the case, we'd love to hear, what we can do better.

Yes. If you want to cancel your membership, just don't pay anymore. That's it.

You can cancel when ever you like to, your membership is fully guaranteed. However, if you cancel during an active membership period, your membership will stay active as far as there's paid credit in your membership. In any case, you don't miss anything.

Even though activating your membership(card) is not required, for sure it's highly recommended! Why?

1. It's free and takes only some seconds to activate.
2. When activating your membership with the unique number printed on your card, your membership status will increase to the second level, and you'll gain "VIP Plus" -membership.
3. Active "VIP Plus -members can enjoy also benefits, that are tied to the unique card number. Typically these are great "one time" -benefits restaurants are offering.
4. Sometimes restaurants are offering additional benefits only to "VIP Plus" -members.
5. If your membership card gets lost, we can easily cancel it and send you a new one.
6. Annual membership fee of "VIP Plus" -members is priced lower than non activated memberships.
7. To get some benefits, restaurants may verify if your membership is active or not.
8. You will receive a free newsletter, informing you but not limited to, about great new benefits restaurants are offering.
9. You will be able to use some new services we may introduce in the future.

Yes. At the moment we have two main possibilities to offer:

1. Affiliate with VIPKard by becoming a linking partner. You will get an unique link to present on your web site or newsletter. When someone makes a purchase, you will get a commission.

Easy, just contact our Help Desk and let us know about your restaurant. Pricing is the following:

• Inclusion in the directory 240 Eur per year
• Building a presentation page of your restaurant 150 Eur (one time fee)
• Up to ten photos of your restaurant 100 Eur (one time fee, a slide show included. Optional.)
• Presentation video 500 Eur (up to one minute. Optional.)

Note: If you want to, you can provide with your own video and / or pictures. If that's the case, there are certain technical requirements to the material, contact our Help Desk for details.

It totally depends on the restaurant(s) in question. Please take a look at the restaurant presentation for details, specially the field: "Special conditions (if any)"

Often there are no limits or restrictions to get the discounts, but in some cases on certain dates or times discounts may / may not be active. Please study the presentation of the restaurant in question.

Easy, just show your new VIPKard -membership card.

It is important to tell about your VIPKard -membership before placing an order (discounts may vary depending the day, time or restaurant)

Also, please remember to verify the current discounts from our web site before entering the restaurant.

In some cases restaurants may verify, that your membership is active.

Discounts can or can not change from time to time. Also, during the time, some restaurants may go away, but more and more new ones are joining us all the time. It's a good idea to activate your card in order to receive our latest news.

We have never heard that happen. But however, if that's the case anyway, most probably it's just a question of misunderstanding. Maybe your waiter is new and just don't yet know about their discount for VIPKard -members.

We recommend the following procedure:

1. When placing your order, please let the waiter know in advance, that you are a VIPKard -member, maybe even showing your card and letting her know about the discount (or other benefits they may offer to VIPKard -members)
2. Most probably the waiter warmly welcomes you to their restaurant and takes your order.
3. If she does not recognize VIPKard, please ask her to consult their boss.
4. Most probably the case is solved immediately.
5. We have never heard about any problems receiving your discounts.

If you have any problems getting the discount shown on the restaurant description, please let us know by contacting our Help Desk. Naturally, we do not want keep any dishonest restaurants in our directory of quality restaurants.

Yes. During the beta -period we're using Google Translate -service. When ever you want, you can select their service to translate VIPKard.com -web site to more than 50 languages!

Even though the translations are reasonable, machine translations between languages is a challenging task and improving day by day. Thank you Google for offering such a great service!
